The restaurant is located at the top of Via Veneto, right behind the Aurelian Walls.

Completely furnished in boiserie-style, it has air-conditioned halls and provides smoking areas.
Seating capacity is for about 90 persons, 45 seats are assigned to groups.

Based on the typical Tuscan cuisine tradition,  “G.T.” offers a variety of appetizers and starters (about 12 different ones), homemade pasta courses, meat and fresh fish all certified by HCCP. “G.T.”cuisine will tempt you with either freshly-made or grilled courses, like the famous Fiorentina beef steak, selected from controlled national cattle breeding.

“G.T.’s” wine list  includes a wide choice of selected national and international brands, as well as the best amateur labels.
